All tags are configured to respect your consent preferences before firing.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information in limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our Site and deliver our services. These include email delivery (Resend), email marketing (Brevo), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics platforms (Google, Amplitude). These parties are contractually required to keep your information confidential and use it only to perform services on our behalf.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (for example, a court order or government agency).

Business Transfers

If The Full Crumb is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our Site, understand how visitors interact with it, and measure the performance of our advertising. Below is a summary of the tracking services we use.

Analytics

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Collects data on page views, session duration, traffic sources, and user interactions. Data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Amplitude — Collects behavioral analytics including page interactions, feature usage, and session data to help us improve the site experience. Data is processed by Amplitude and subject to Amplitude's Privacy Policy. You can opt out at amplitude.com/privacy#opt-out.
  • Umami Analytics — A privacy-focused, cookieless analytics platform. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not share data with third parties.

Advertising

  • Google Ads — We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. These tags may set cookies to identify users who have visited our Site and show them relevant ads on other platforms. Data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can manage your Google ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.

Tag Management

  • Google Tag Manager — We use GTM to manage and deploy the tracking scripts listed above. GTM itself does not collect personal data; it controls when and how other tags fire based on your consent preferences.

Your Choices

When you first visit our Site, a consent banner will ask you to accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the Site. Most modern browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings.

For additional opt-out options, visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

Email Marketing

If you opt in to receive email communications from us — for example, by downloading a free resource, completing the marketing scorecard, or subscribing via our newsletter form — we will add your name and email address to our email marketing platform, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). Brevo is subject to its own Privacy Policy.

You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process your request promptly.

Payment Processing

If you purchase a paid template or service through our Site, payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We retain only a Stripe customer identifier and order metadata for our records.

Data Retention

We retain personal information you provide through our contact form, scorecard, or resource downloads for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, and comply with applicable law. If you request deletion of your information, we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

Security of Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our Site is served over HTTPS, and we apply security headers to reduce exposure to common web vulnerabilities.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Portability: Request your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Note on US state privacy laws: As a small business based in Raleigh, NC, The Full Crumb currently falls below the processing thresholds that trigger mandatory compliance under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and most other US state comprehensive privacy laws (which generally apply to businesses processing data of 100,000+ consumers or generating over $25M in annual revenue). We nonetheless follow the spirit of these laws and will honor any rights requests submitted to us.

Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected such information, please contact us at [email protected].

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
