Nick has five years of marketing experience across both B2C and B2B. Before starting The Full Crumb, he spent four years in-house at an insurance agency where he built martech systems from the ground up, set up reporting processes and dashboards across Looker Studio, Amplitude, and GA4, and ran multi-channel marketing campaigns and large-scale conferences.
That experience showed him the gap clearly: the strategic thinking and operational discipline that exists inside larger companies rarely makes it to the small businesses that need it most. The Full Crumb is his answer to that.
